Doug Smith is a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer and has been engaged in each of those professions for over forty years. He served his country on active duty in the U.S. Air Force from 1964 to 1968 during the Vietnam War. Doug first ran for the office of Harrison Township Trustee in the late-1970s, was elected and served in the position until becoming a Licking County Commissioner in 2005. He retired from that office December 31, 2014, completing 44 years of public service to both his country and to his community. Doug and his late wife Helen devoted most of their lives to building the family's real estate, auction, and appraisal services, which is today one of the area's oldest surviving family-owned businesses. He also completed an unprecedented 15-year stint from 1991 through 2006 as a member and chairman of the Ohio Auctioneers Commission , the governor-appointed panel which serves as a liaison between the auction profession and the Ohio Department of Agriculture.

Eric Smith is vice-president of auction services. He grew up in and around the auction business. Eric received his real estate license in 1992 and his auctioneer license in 1995. He oversees our extensive probate appraisal services and is a fully qualified personal property and real estate appraiser for most of the counties in central and southern Ohio. Additionally, Eric has served as a Harrison Township Trustee since 2006. Eric and his wife reside in Harrison Township, Licking County, with their two sons.
Todd Smith, like his older brother Eric, has grown up around auctions. He received his auctioneer and real estate licenses in 1994, and his real estate appraiser license in 2001. Todd owns and operates his own real estate appraisal firm in the Logan, OH area. Much of his time is devoted to mortgage appraisal work. Todd, his wife, son, and daughter live on their family farm in Perry County, Ohio.
Harold Martin has been a licensed realtor since 1999. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University, with a B.S. in Agronomy and a proud U.S. Army veteran. Additionally, Harold is the president of H. W. Martin & Son Co., working with his two sons managing the extensive business and farming operation. Harold is a member of the Kirkersville United Methodist Church, in addition to membership in the Licking County Farm Bureau, Licking County Professional Agrarian club, and has served as president of the Licking County Soli and Water Conservation District.
